Please contact the Association Manager to:
- report a problem with the association property,
- report irrigation problem on common property,
- report a street light out, or missing sign.
- question on association dues or policies
- board meeting dates or
- schedule appearances with the BOD or committees,
- to report or respond a restriction or code violation (DCCRs),
- to volunteer for community activities or committees,
- make a general comment, helpful communications or complaint.

In accordance with the recorded covenants, conditions and restrictions of the Association, (DCCRs) and in order to protect each individual lot owner's rights and values, it is required that any lot owner considering an improvement of their property, submit the information regarding that improvement to the Archetectural Committee for approval.
Improvements inclued but are not limited to patio covers, decks, outside buildings, fencing, building add-ons, children's playscapes and sporting equiptment, etc.,
