Homeowners have the option to rent the Clubhouse for a “flat rate” of $200.00 for an 8 hour period OR $35.00 per hour at a minimum of 4 hours. The security guard rate remains the same; 1 guard minimum no alcohol and 2 guards with alcohol. A refundable deposit of $200.00 is also required. For reservations contact Cindy at least 2 weeks in advance at 829-7202 est. 154 or email her at Cindy@ams-sa.com. Amenities in the Clubhouse include: microwave, refrigerator, folding tables and chairs.
